I think that the trickiest part in making this animation was probably finding a good grumpy teacher to add some humor, I just inserted a teacher body and a grumpy teacher head, enjoy✏✏📖📖📖

Te Kauru Camp 2018 (writing 2nd Draft)

My mind filled with excitement as I spotted the jousting battles
I felt embarrassed when Bailey knocked me off into the disgusting foam pit when we were Jousting. I fell into the foam pit and instantly thought, “I am going to get that girl back!!!!”And I did. Oscar and I went to the dunking area, We were doing all sorts of tricks like under legs and flips. After all of our basketball practice, we went to the jousting battle and versed each other at the jousting battles. After defeating Oscar, I am Up against Mrs. Davan….. And I have fallen into the deep, foam cube lava pool!!! I get back up and hop in line, ready for another try, the same thing happens for about the next 25 minutes… I head back to the hoops to clear my head from all the losses I have witnessed in the past 20 minutes, I tried some tricks I saw Oscar doing. My heart said I was amazing, but my brain said try harder, never give up!!! I played by my self, with my Mum recording. I waved and went back to just plain bouncing on trampolines!!!
My eyes spotted the diving board, my body drives me straight to it. I did a backflip off into the foam pit and then I heard a facilitator, “No BackFlips!!!” sorry, I mumble under my breath, Its time to go to the
zoo and take a picture. I grab a jousting weapon and stand on the side with it. Boy, what a sweaty, bouncy hour and a half.

steam reflections.

In Term 3, the students have been continuing their STEAM learning, using the STEAM Electronics kits. They have been learning how to block code using the program Snap4Arduino. The purpose of this learning has been for the students to control one or more LED lights on an electronic arduino board using code. Each week the coding expectation increased and the students showed perseverance in achieving success.

What was I learning and why?
I was learning to code and use snap4arduino at the same time so when we were creating our code bots we had the basics in our head and we could use them to make our bot work.

What did I do well and how do I know?
I knew that I did well because i had a lot of students coming and asking me and my partner, Bailey for help.

What challenged me ……?
The hardest thing for me was the wiring, I was much better at the coding than the wiring because one of the arduino boards I used was not working and I thought I was doing it wrong, I just needed a better board to work with, with the faulty board i could not figure out how to get the working boards.

What would I do differently next time to make my learning more successful ….. ?
I would change the placing of the wires so I could fit more lights in. After I figured out how to wire the wires into the correct areas of course =D

What have I enjoyed about the learning? 
I enjoyed the coding because it was my thing and It was interesting to learn more about. It was fun to connect the wires as well!!!

Hello, i’m Jeff, I rode my pet Indo raptor to school in mars.

My teachers are Whaea Fred and Mrs Marsman. The principal is Mr Mcmuffin, they are the best. I was riding to school and my friend James bond told me that his dad, Steph Curry was a policeman. I said “but isn’t Steph Curry a NBA champion?” “no” he replied. We start to hear this pew pew sound like a star wars tie fighter. “Is that your dad?” I ask “yeah.” James answers. I start to wonder if he his following us. He seems to have a cranky look on his face… like James had forgotten to flush the toilet. “JAMES, YOU FORGOT TO FLUSH THE TOILET!!!!!” the speakers pronounce. “Sorry dad”

We have arrived at school and Mr Mcmuffin was looking for us. Oh no, we have been naughty, but we have not he wants to give us a chocolate.

1 new thing i learnt this morning

Today i learnt a new strategy for maths.
For example...

Time 5 with 20 and you get 100.
Time 2 with 5 and you get 10.
Add 10 with 100 and you get 110.

My goals

My goals for the next few years are to meet some of my favourite you tubers or singer.
i am hoping to go to the marshmello concert in the future and buy a marshmello helmet.
also i am hoping if i can find the Xxxtentacion CD, a dead singer and rapper. i am hoping to meet the dude perfect team, they make awesome and outstanding basketball, baseball, golf etc trick shots. i am hoping for my you tube channel to grow so i can get a golden play button. this will take a long time to reach. i need 10,000,000 subscribers. my basketball career will go on if i keep playing and practicing. my goal for basketball is to get at least 1 point per match. which is going well so far.

science roadshow

at the science roadshow there were heaps of fun science activities to do and lots of interesting show. my favorite activity was the MAGIC CYLINDER because you would put a a picture down that is all in a spiral  in the frame and then put the magic cylinder on top of it and in the reflection there was a normal darth vader picture.

I have been learning to subtract using tidy numbers because this strategy makes subtraction so easier so I can calculate in my head.

I show that i am a good a leader when i show when i improve in my basic facts, if i don't get a very high score i pick my self up and wait until tomorrow to try again.
having fun is always the best thing to do so i try to get my work done at the right standard on time so i get a game at the end of the day.
i am a a good team leader and sideline supporter when both teams scores a point. all you have to do is a at least is clap your hands =)

It will be exciting when my two baby rottweilers grow up into big angry dogs. Lately they have been naughty like chasing kids and kids on horses down the street. I like walking our dogs but when its cold in the winter we have to put jackets on. Most the we just stay inside. In summer we ride our dirt bikes in the mud. I don't really crash much. Not to be the cool kid and things like that but i think i’m a bit of a natural. =D.
